Measures towards Safety and Security

In order to ensure that our customers can use our facilities with peace of mind, we are working to strengthen our response capabilities in the event of emergencies such as disasters and incidents, as well as fire prevention and sanitary measures. Moreover, we also aim to make our hotel more accessible to all guests, including physically challenged guests and visitors from overseas. Furthermore, we are working to strengthen and enforce compliance through training and study sessions.

Sanitary measures, fire prevention, disaster and incident measures

Participation in private firefighting drills

We are actively working to acquire the “Excellence Mark” (Fire Safety Building Certificate) and the “Fire Safety Certification Mark” (Fire Safety Certification Mark System).
We are also actively involved in private firefighting drills, and we have participated in competitions and received excellent evaluations.

Taking lifesaving training and training for responding to suspicious persons

We provide lifesaving training, including AED operating procedures, and training on dealing with suspicious persons in case of an emergency for customers or employees.

A Certificate of Excellence in Lifesaving Training was issued by The Tokyo Fire Department

The Tokyo Fire Department has issued a Certificate of Excellence in Lifesaving Training to us for our active efforts to promote first aid treatment in emergency situations such as illness and injury before an ambulance arrives.
This certificate of excellence is awarded to establishments that have trained first-aid instructors who promote the spread of lifesaving training, and that have at least 30% of all employees and at least one person at each establishment (hotel) who have completed lifesaving training.

In order to ensure that a wide variety of guests, including physically challenged guests and elderly guests, can use our facilities with peace of mind, we have installed universal rooms in many hotels and will continue to expand them and diversify our rental equipment.

Other initiatives

• Aiming to become a hotel that can be used by overseas customers with peace of mind, we will expand the deployment of automatic translation machines.
• We will promote the development and education of an environment in which we can respond more closely to customers, such as by promoting the acquisition of care-fitter qualifications.


Strengthening compliance

In order to prevent improprieties and scandals, and to fulfill our corporate social responsibility (CSR), we will further raise awareness of compliance through the implementation of training and study sessions, in-house newsletters, etc., and aim to be a company that can be trusted by all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and business partners.
